How do I enter the Center?
As construction progresses, please, watch for signage to ensure entry into the building for events and to purchase tickets. If you are unsure, please contact our Main Office at 608-789-7400.

Will the Center be shutting down or will portions of the Center be closing down?
We are open! The La Crosse Center will remain open and functioning during the entire remodel. However, parts of the building will be shut down for construction. Please visit our website for details and up to date information.
Will there be dust and noise to disrupt the Center operations?
We are working closely with the Kraus-Anderson construction team to make sure noise and dust is at a minimum during events. The La Crosse Center team will be in close contact with event and wedding planners during the construction to ensure a successful occasion.
I am having a wedding reception or meeting at the Center. How will the construction affect my event?
During the construction, weddings and meetings in South hall with not be affected. Events in South Hall will still have ample parking in the La Crosse Center ramp and Riverside Ramp.
Construction will be taking place on the northside of the building starting in March. First, we will be taking down North Hall in conjunction with building our new Riverside Ballroom and meeting rooms.
What green initiatives are happening with the new La Crosse Center?
The focal points of the La Crosse Center green initiatives in the expansion and renovation are solar paneling, low energy lighting throughout the building, and an energy efficiency HVAC system.
Where can I park?
There is parking available in both the La Crosse Center Ramp and Riverside Ramp. Please pay attention to the signs when entering the ramp and register your vehicle with the parking kiosks to avoid parking tickets. What are the box office hours?
Right now, we are by appointment only. Please call 608-789-7400.
Box Office hours are 11 AM – 4 PM, Monday – Friday. You may also purchase your tickets 24/7 online at Ticketmaster.com. Additional fees apply with purchases at Ticketmaster.com. Sorry, no over the phone sales.
